We know you’re too busy to be distracted by a new thing, even if it will help you in the long run. As a small woodshop this is a serious issue for us, so we designed TaskKlock to make the shift as painless as possible. We focused on proper setup, simple use, good training, and sincere tech support. (Three of those four items are focused on client service, not geeky programming.)
Occasionally lightning does strike, literally! Twice! Two of our clients were hit by lightning and it fried their computers. We had them up in a day or two and they didn’t lose any data. If you call us with a problem, we “own the problem” with you. We respond sincerely and quickly because we know your data is critical. When you need technical support, we use software to remotely fix your TaskKlock while you watch. Our technical support personal are located in our TaskKlock and Alaskan Wood Moulding office in Anchorage.
At our woodworking business, we just want TaskKlock to do its job. We want you to focus on the information, not on becoming a TaskKlock wizard.
Any new tool has a learning curve. Our entire client support approach is focused on getting the information you need to you to maximize your profits. From proper set-up to simple use to good training to sincere tech support, our business is designed to save you time and make you more money.
TaskKlock was born on the shop floor of Alaskan Wood Moulding to help us be more profitable. We make a sincere effort to provide you the level of service we want in our business. We know our customers on a first name basis and enjoy talking about business with them. We don’t speak “geek” or try to intimidate you to get you off the phone. We are your partner, helping to solve your problems and making your business more profitable by using solid data.
